Jon Swire is one of leading specialists in multi-residential and NNN investments. Jon recently joined Coldwell Banker to team up with Joyce Rey, one of the most successful residential agents in the world. Their new group is dedicated to providing HNW clients with a one-stop shop for all of their real estate needs. Prior, Jon was at Re/Max Commercial, where he finished as one of the Top 25 Agents Worldwide in 2003-2007, and was the #3 Agent in the United States in 2006. Hes earned numerous awards for performance including the Diamond Award for annual commissions earned in excess of $1MM. Jon has brokered over $250MM worth of deals in Los Angeles County and the United States. Jon also teaches a class at UCLA Extension titled Real Estate Investment Analysis, which is a 12-week, 40-hour course designed to help students/investors navigate the real estate investment landscape. In addition, he speaks to investment clubs throughout Southern California. Jons first book, titled Theres No Free Lunch in Real Estate, is a how-to guide for investors. Jon has bought and sold over 20 properties himself and currently owns real estate in Southern California and throughout the United States. He holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA and a B.S. in engineering from Northwestern.
